With over 50 years of experience in the industry we became owners of our own investment properties. Soon after it was obvious that the way we wanted our properties managed was not going to happen unless we did it ourselves.

At LIV we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars updating our properties and making sure investments are being inspected regularly. We treat your property as if it is one of our own. Most companies don’t support tenants in an easily accessible model. But we prioritize bi-annually to quarterly visits to find out what needs to be fixed. Our tenants appreciate the proactive approach to taking care of their homes. This in return equates to them not minding rental increases as we prove our value to them over and over again. Tenants often tell us we are the best landlords they have had!
